Who is FindYourTalent?
I started FindYourTalent Zaandam in 2004. After almost 25 years of experience I was focused on the challenge of starting my own independent business. Human Resource Management (or Human resource governance: management of employees organizations can indeed shape in various ways) is in my blood. My knowledge, skills and experience are in this field, so is my work and passion.

- System Dynamics in Organizations, Bert Hellinger Institute Middelbert Groningen.
- Accredited Belbin-Green Team Role Method, consultant and trainer.
- Certified for administration of Pearson psychological testing (formerly Harcourt).
- Member of NVO2: Dutch Association of HRD professionals in development and training.
- Two-year course, Management and Communications at the Utrecht University School of Governance.
- Personnel & Organization Development at the Social Academy De Horst in Driebergen.
Since 1980 various functions/ roles/positions performed in the field of HRM at executive and management levels in diverse sectors. Acting as a consultant and interim manager / director, team member, project manager, trainer and facilitator. Vast experience gained in relation to HR policy development, recruitment, human resource development, evaluation, competence development, compensation, career counseling, (team) coaching, training and systemic work.
